1. Sweepstakes Period/Sponsor: The “Back to School” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, August 13, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on Monday, September 10, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  The sponsors of this Sweepstakes are MySpace, Inc. and Waltman Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor”). Waltman Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is the administrator of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Administrator”).

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 14 years of age and no older than 18 years of age at time of entry and who are registered users with a MySpace account as of August 13, 2007 (“MySpace Account”).  All entrants must be registered members of the www.myspace.com website in compliance with MySpace’s Terms & Conditions policy located at http://collect.myspace.com/misc/terms.html?z=1 for valid entry.  Employees of Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes, together with the immediate family members and those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter:  To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.myspace.com and log on to your MySpace account and go to the Zapzyt profile at http://www.myspace.com/zapzyt. When you add Zapzyt as a friend onto your MySpace profile by clicking the “Add to Friends” link you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes (“Entry(ies)”).  All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on September 10, 2007.  All Entries will be deemed submitted by the owner of the MySpace Profile account as provided in the Account Settings of the individual submitting an entry (“Entrant”).  Entry is limited to one entry per MySpace Profile account.  Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.  Entrant must be the rightful owner of the MySpace Account identified in the Entry as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed to be the natural person in whose name the email account associated with the provided email address was opened.  All information and Entries provided by entrants become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

4. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a $500 cash prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be made by Creative Zing.

5. Winner Selection:  The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 11, 2007 from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of Entries received.

6. Winner Notification:  Sponsor will notify Grand Prize Winner by e-mail and will require Grand Prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and assignment (collectively, “Release”).  If a potential Grand Prize winner does not respond to the winner notification email which will be sent 5 times over a 7 day period or if said emails are returned as undeliverable or if potential Grand Prize winner does not return the executed Release within 7 days, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible the potential Grand Prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.  If potential Grand Prize winner is a person who is not of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (“minor”), the winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the Affidavit on the minor’s behalf. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any.

8. General Conditions:  By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects.  Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  By entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, each Entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use, display, distribute or publish such Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state), biographical information, and any material based thereon or derived therefrom, or to refrain from so doing, in any manner in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, anywhere in the world in perpetuity in connection with this Sweepstakes.  Acceptance of a prize constitutes a waiver of any claims to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration for such use.  This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, United States of America.  By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines an Entrant did not comply with the Official Rules or is/was attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by any means including cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor’s representatives.  Sponsor shall not be responsible if this Sweepstakes cannot be implemented or if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.  Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.  Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES.  ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

9. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to MySpace will be subject to MySpace’s privacy policy posted at http://collect.myspace.com/misc/privacy.html?z=1.
